Cancellation and Refund Policy | EnRoute Growth Platform (EGP)

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is part of EnRoute Growth Platform (EGP) Terms of Service Agreement.

Section I. Non-Refundable Fees & Subscription Payments

I.1 Non-Refundable Payments – All subscription fees, transaction fees, and other charges associated with EnRoute Growth Platform (EGP) are non-refundable. This applies whether or not the platform or its services were accessed or used during the billing period.

I.2 No Refunds for Partial Use – No refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued for partially used billing cycles, early cancellations, or unused features.

I.3 Billing Responsibility – Users are solely responsible for ensuring accurate billing details and payment methods. EGP does not provide refunds or credits for user errors, omissions, or unintentional excess usage.

Section II. Minimum Commitment & Prepaid Services

II.1 Subscription Commitment – Some EGP subscription plans require a minimum term commitment. These plans cannot be canceled before the commitment is fully met. Charges will continue until the commitment period ends.

II.2 Prepaid Services – Any services purchased on a prepaid basis (e.g., third-party integrations, advertising credits) are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of usage status.

II.3 Add-On Purchases – Certain add-on services and enhancements, including compliance packages or premium features, may be activated immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable.

Section III. Cancellation & Wallet Credits

III.1 User-Initiated Cancellations – You may cancel your EGP subscription at any time through your account settings. However, all fees paid before cancellation remain non-refundable. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

III.2 EGP-Initiated Cancellations – EGP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

• Breach of Terms of Service

• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

• Inactivity exceeding six (6) months

III.3 Wallet Credit Expiration – If your account has remaining credits (e.g., unused prepaid funds), you must request a refund within 30 days of cancellation. If no request is made, the funds will be forfeited and become the property of EGP.

Section IV. Modifications & Service Adjustments

IV.1 Policy Updates – EGP may update this policy, service terms, and pricing at its discretion. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of EGP after any modifications signifies your acceptance.

IV.2 Discontinuation of Services – If EGP discontinues any service, refunds or credits are not guaranteed but may be issued at EGP’s sole discretion.

Section V. Terms of Service & Dispute Resolution

This Cancellation & Refund Policy is part of EGP’s Terms of Service Agreement.

MANDATORY ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER:

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER THAT WAIVES YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. YOU MUST REVIEW THE FULL TERMS OF SERVICE, INCLUDING THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION, BEFORE USING THE PLATFORM.
